This Service is designed to improve human performance at any level in a Company so that our Client’s goals can be achieved more efficiently, effectively and profitably.
It can be customised to the requirements of: Senior Management, Management, Executives, and Staff Groups, using Mentoring, Coaching or Training Sessions.
Each programme is tailored to the seniority of the recipients and is focused on achieving our Client’s stated goals. They are delivered in a professional manner and in a style that is inclusive, educational and informal.
The programmes’ delivery can be adapted to a Client’s particular requirements but we usually follow the knowledge retention method of: Understand, Discuss, Apply, and this generally involves the following 3 stages:
- Creating a common understanding of the content and objectives.
- Discussing the material covered in the first stage.
- Identifying how the knowledge might be applied in the Client Company.
Mentoring; is based on developing an ongoing one-to-one advisory and consultative relationship with Senior Management, within our areas of expertise.
Coaching; relates to achieving specific managerial tasks over a set period of time. It can be conducted on a one-to-one basis with individual managers or with small groups of managers.
Training; relates to larger groups of managers or staff and is usually focused on the application of best practice in Competitive Strategy and Marketing.
In addition to achieving specific Training and Development objectives our programmes can also be used to improve individual performance, encourage team spirit, create effective internal branding, improve staff morale and generate bonding between staff and Company.
We offer Full Day and Half Day Programmes and these can be delivered at the Client’s premises or in off-site locations. On the Full Day Programme we can provide a training/leisure package that includes select hotel accommodation, dinner, spa, etc.
